2021 is fast approaching and as such, it is soon time for payment of your annual BRSC membership fees. Renewal fees remain the same for 2021 at $130 for a single membership and $160 for a family membership. A reminder that annual fees must be paid by Feb 11, 2021. In light of hosting our monthly meetings virtually, members will no longer have the option to bring their annual 2021 fees to the monthly meetings. There are 3 options for payment available:
1. E-transfer – transfer to the fees@blueridgesc.ca email after January 1st, 2021. You MUST include your name and membership number in comments of the e-transfer so that we can track who has made the payment. If you are paying for multiple memberships please include the names for all of them in the comments. There is no security question required and payments will automatically be deposited into the account. DO NOT Etransfer until after Jan 1st as it must hit the books in 2021.
2. Mailing in cash or cheque – a cheque made out to “BRSC” or cash can be mailed to the club’s mailing address: BRSC, Attn Paul Venning, PO Box 177, Clarksburg, ON, N0H 1J0. Please indicate on the cheque in the comments the name of the membership and number being paid for. If mailing in cash please insert a note indicating the name and membership # being paid for. This can be done anytime now but cheques will not be cashed until 2021.
3. Dropping off Cash or cheque – Cash or cheques can be dropped off directly to Paul Venning. The cheque must still be made out to BRSC. Paul’s address is 627399 Grey Rd 119, Clarksburg ON. This can be done anytime now but cheques will not be cashed until 2021.
